Established in 1977. Dunderbak's opened November 11, 1977. We are the longest continuously operated independently owned business in the Lehigh Valley Mall. We are located on the lower level next to Macy's. Over the years, the restaurant has grown from 65 seats to 145 including the Oktoberfest Bar. The original menu consisted of two Soups, 6 Sandwiches, & 4 Wurst. Today, the food menu consist of 5 food pages and the beer menu has grown from 2 drafts to 12 drafts along with over 100 bottled beers. In 1992, we were the first restaurant in Lehigh Valley to go non-smoking. In 2007, the restaurant won the PA Restaurant Association's Excellence in Food Safety Award.
